iAchieve“, employee performance rating system that helps the organisations to cultivate a high-performance workforce. Proponents of this system can be seen it as a way to transform the appraisal process from one that simply tells employees they are doing a good job and drives a high-performance culture. The aim is to achieve substantial, long-term company success because this is a prerequisite for the job security for all staff members.

Our Work

We have developed a well designed SAAS platform by considering three main components necessary for its success — goal settings, performance measurement and periodic feedback to each employee.
The project was divided into modules which followed the logical and functional flow of the application. Milestones were associated with those modules and their respective sections.
We have used the modern technology stack to make this PWA kind of application like Angular, Lumen, AWS, etc.

It is an effective performance review product that helps the management to reward good performers and recognize their efforts, whereas it serves as a warning to poor performers to improve their performance. The outcome of performance helps in compensation management, succession planning and planning the training needs.
